- Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with transparency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting efforts, cost control measures, and menu planning to optimize profitability.
Skills
- Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within fast food or casual dining settings.
- Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in a hospitality or food service environment; capable of motivating teams and managing conflict effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations; committed to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Ability to train staff on food handling procedures, culinary techniques, and operational best practices.
- Experience with inventory control, budgeting, shift management, and restaurant operations; previous assistant manager or restaurant management experience is preferred.
