Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our bustling restaurant operations. Duties
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to maintain high-quality standards across all menu items.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
- Supervise staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills in food handling, POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and customer service excellence.
- Handle cash management responsibilities, including cash handling procedures, shift reconciliation, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet operational demands during peak hours and slow periods.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and food industry best practices to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
- Strong background in inventory control, food safety practices, and food handling procedures.
- Experience in staff training & development, team management, interviewing potential employees, and leadership within hospitality or food service industries.
- Ability to oversee kitchen operations including food production, catering services, bar management, and banquet events if applicable.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence and staff supervision.
