Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Operate POS systems for order processing, payments, and all transactions.
- Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, maintaining accuracy at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols.
- Assist in food handling and preparation tasks in the kitchen or café area to support smooth operations during busy hours.
- Support team members with food service duties like serving orders, managing queues, and ensuring quick turnaround times.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast Learner
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities.
- Experience working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is highly desirable; retail or grocery store experience is also beneficial.
