Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards
- Lead, train, and develop staff members in food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols
- Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing levels, and ensure proper coverage during busy hours
- Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and oversee food management processes including ordering and stock rotation
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS and perform cash handling duties
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant
- Support kitchen management by supervising food production, quality control, and food handling procedures
- Assist in interviewing and onboarding new team members to build a strong, motivated staff team
- Drive customer satisfaction through attentive service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Contribute to budgeting efforts and help meet financial targets for the restaurant
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Experience with inventory control, food safety standards, and food industry regulations
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a background in staff training & development and team management
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high operational standards
- Prior experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and food cost management is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and foster a positive work environment
