We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant General Manager to lead Ralph's American Grill, located in Wilmington Ohio. Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth service during all shifts while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff members across all departments, including front-of-house serving staff, kitchen personnel, bartenders, and support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the BOH leadership and food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and consistent quality in line with culinary standards.
- Manage POS systems (Micros POS) for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Control inventory levels meticulously to minimize waste while ensuring availability of ingredients and supplies necessary for daily operations.
- Implement effective food safety practices in compliance with health regulations; conduct regular staff training on sanitation and food handling procedures.
- Handle budgeting responsibilities including labor costs, food costs, and operational expenses to maximize profitability.
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions to build a strong team aligned with the restaurant’s high standards.
- Monitor customer feedback actively to resolve issues promptly and enhance overall guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with all local health codes, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Experience
- Proven management experience in a restaurant environment with a strong background in food service management.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems (Micros POS); proficiency in cash handling procedures is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively within an upper scale dining setting; previous assistant general manager or supervisory roles are highly valued.
- Familiarity with inventory control practices, budgeting processes, and food safety standards within the hospitality industry.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
