CORPORATE FINANCE DIRECTOR

Reporting to and closely partnering with the CEO& CFO , the Corporate Finance Director will be responsible for leading all accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls and cost accounting across multi-site operations. This role ensures financial integrity, supports strategic decision-making and drives continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing enfironment

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance: CPA or CMA required
Several years of progressive finance/ accounting experience
Deep experience in cost accounting within a supply chain / logistics environment
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with ERP systems and integrated financial systems
Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll accounting, standard costing, job costing and variance analysis
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and business partnering capabilities
