Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, prepare, and package meats according to company standards
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas
- Operate meat processing equipment safely
- Assist customers with meat selection and special orders
- Monitor product freshness and inventory
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
Requirements
- Previous butcher or meat-cutting experience required
- Reliable transportation to commute to 20 N Salem Rd, Cross River, NY 10518
- Knowledge of meat preparation and handling procedures
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Weekends and holidays may be required
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
