Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our bustling restaurant operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food production, and a vibrant team environment. Duties

Lead and supervise all restaurant activities, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth daily operations
Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to meet budget targets while maintaining quality standards
Manage POS systems such as Toast for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales reporting
Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training & development programs, and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food handling procedures to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff
Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours while optimizing labor costs
Foster a positive guest experience by delivering excellent customer service, resolving complaints promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Facilitate morning prep with the prep cooks including smoking meats (eventually) and meat prep and side prep
Act as a line cook or as a runner or FOH as needed depending on staffing needs from time to time

Experience

Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities
Extensive knowledge of food industry operations including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
Hands-on experience with POS.
Strong background in inventory control, food safety practices, and food production processes
Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, staff training & development, interviewing potential team members
Experience in hospitality management settings such as hotel or banquet operations is advantageous
Familiarity with budgeting practices within a restaurant or food service context is preferred

Pay: $61,980.06 - $66,000.00 per year
