Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols
Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
Train, develop, and supervise staff members to enhance their skills in food preparation, customer service, and restaurant procedures
Monitor food production processes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
Control inventory levels to minimize waste while maintaining sufficient stock for smooth operations
Implement budgeting practices, analyze sales data, and optimize operational efficiency for profitability

Requirements

Proven management experience within quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or hotel experience is a plus
Strong background in food handling, kitchen management, and food safety standards
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise essential
Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, and conducting interviews
Knowledge of food preparation techniques including cooking and food production processes
Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment with excellent customer service skills
Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices
Prior experience in hospitality management or restaurant management roles preferred
