Restaurant General Manager

Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and food quality control.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings.
- Manage restaurant budgets and financial transactions, including cash handling and POS system operations.

Skills:
- Strong team management skills to effectively lead and motivate restaurant staff.
- Knowledge of food service industry practices, including food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to enforce proper hygiene practices in the kitchen.
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant management is preferred.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and ability to manage financial transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of kitchen management techniques, including inventory control and ordering supplies.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different coffee varieties.
