We are looking for a motivated and eager Meat Cutter Apprentice to join our team. Responsibilities

Assist experienced meat cutters in preparing and cutting various types of meat according to established standards.
Support the packaging of meat products to ensure freshness and quality for customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Learn proper food handling techniques, including storage, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Help with inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages or issues.
Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about products and assisting with selections when needed.
Follow all safety protocols during food production and meat processing to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Basic knowledge of food production, preparation, and handling is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Strong interest in the food industry, especially in meat cutting, culinary arts, or kitchen operations.
Good knife skills or interest in developing them through training sessions.
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work safely with food products.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and assisting customers.
Previous experience in food handling or restaurant work is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
