NEW RESTAURANT!!!!!! Join our dynamic team here at Sunset Cove Country Club as Our Kitchen Manager and lead the culinary operations of a fast-paced, vibrant restaurant environment! Duties

Supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality.
Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize costs.
Oversee food safety protocols in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance culinary skills, customer service, and team performance.
Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff, assigning duties, and ensuring smooth workflow during busy hours.
Handle POS systems such as Toast for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
Conduct interviewing and hiring processes to build a talented kitchen team aligned with our service standards.
Maintain excellent customer service standards by resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with management on budgeting, food production planning, and special event catering such as banquets or parties.

Skills

Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants.
Proven supervisory experience with staff training, team management, and leadership in hospitality or restaurant settings.
Strong knowledge of POS systems including Toast for efficient transaction processing.
Expertise in inventory control, food safety regulations, and food handling procedures to ensure compliance.
Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills for interviewing candidates and training staff members effectively.
