Responsibilities

Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to ensure top-tier service delivery.
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations across all kitchen operations.
Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
Operate POS systems such as SQUARE POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales reporting.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols to uphold health regulations and customer trust.
Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and oversee daily operations to maximize efficiency during peak hours.
Support culinary activities including cooking, food production, catering events, and banquet services as needed.
Implement staff training programs focused on food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures.
Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
Expertise in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting.
Excellent inventory control skills along with budgeting and food cost management experience.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with supervising experience in hospitality or food service industries.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming atmospheres for diverse clientele.
Ability to train staff effectively in food safety practices, food handling, and operational procedures.
Competence in managing shift schedules, interviewing candidates, and developing team talent.
Knowledge of hospitality management principles including catering, bar operations, hotel experience or coffee shop environments is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
