Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food preparation, and seamless team management. Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food service, kitchen management, and customer experience.
- Supervise staff training, development, and performance to ensure a motivated and skilled team.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Control inventory levels through effective stock management and ordering to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Implement shift management strategies to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards across all areas.
- Conduct interviewing and hiring processes to build a talented team aligned with our hospitality values.
- Monitor budget adherence, analyze sales data, and develop strategies for revenue growth.
- Lead catering, banquet events, or bar services as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments.
- Strong background in food handling, culinary experience, and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions and reporting.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training & development capabilities.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food production procedures.
- Experience managing budgets, inventory control, and cost analysis in the food industry.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, handle shift management efficiently, and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Previous hotel or catering experience is a plus; barista or coffee experience is advantageous for beverage operations.
