We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and leading the team to provide outstanding service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage staff, including training, to maintain optimal service levels.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Maintain POS systems for accurate order processing and payment handling.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar management role within the restaurant industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on hospitality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
