Our company is seeking an Account Manager to support customer relationships and contract renewals in the food ingredient industry. This newly created role is responsible for helping ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal of supply contracts.
The Account Manager will manage assigned customer relationships, coordinate renewal cycles, resolve customer issues, support Sales on samples, quotes, bids, and R&D-related activities, and work closely with internal teams including QA, Customer Service, Operations, and Sales.
Qualified candidates should have strong customer service skills, contract management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in food, ingredients, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain is helpful.
CRM and ERP experience is preferred; Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
This is a remote, exempt position reporting to the President. Candidates must be available for Pacific and Mountain time zone customers. Limited travel may be required.
