Our Smokehouse Production team members are responsible for production, processing, and quality control of all major proteins including, but not limited to: beef, pork, ribs, sausage, and chicken.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monday - Sunday shifts available
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday shifts required
- 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- $20.00-$22.00 per hour
- Follows all standardized procedures and recipes.
- Follows all company food safety standards and practices.
- Has or achieves exceptional knife skills
- Trims beef briskets, pork shoulders, pork ribs and whole chickens.
- Checks smokers for proper settings, functionality, and temperatures.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by cleaning workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Masters and executes all opening and mid-day duties.
- Exceeds quality standards and provides superior food products and services.
- Removing garbage and recycling.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
