Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic FOH (Front of House) Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant team members, including servers, bartenders , cooks and foster a positive and energetic work environment.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management, timely food service, and excellent customer interactions.
- Train staff on food handling, POS systems, customer service standards, and safety protocols to promote professional growth.
- Manage inventory control processes for front-of-house supplies, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and sanitation practices across all front-of-house activities.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food production schedules, special events like banquets or catering services, and menu updates.
- Support hiring efforts by interviewing candidates, onboarding new team members, and conducting ongoing staff training & development initiatives.
Requirements
- Must possess a "POSITIVE, CAN - DO ATTITUDE" in everything that they do
- Minimum of 1-3 years of restaurant management prefered but we are willing to train the right individual
- Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong background in supervising teams with excellent leadership skills; previous assistant manager or management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and sales tracking.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a hospitality setting.
- Ability to train staff effectively on food handling procedures, food production processes, and hospitality best practices.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
