Cookie Decorators/South Austin
Come join our growing and fun decorating team in a modern facility at our main central kitchen and retail location in South Austin!
We are looking for expert level cookie decorators!
Experts should have a proven track record with extensive cookie decorating experience as well as pictures of their previous work and should thrive on working at a fast pace on a production schedule.
The successful candidate will need the following.
Experience and Skill level (expert):
- Extensive experience working with royal icing
- Good communication skills and ability to follow written instructions
- Extensive experience with outlining, flooding and top decorating cookies in a high volume setting
- Willingness and eager to learn new skills and techniques
- Ability to mix and match custom colors
- Ability to work independently as well as with others within the company
- Ability to work and maintain an organized work area with high volumes on occasion

Responsibilities will include:
- Operate within our established timeframe
- Review customer order forms, design and create per instructions
- Efficiently decorate assigned orders while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with other cookie decorators and managers to establish daily tasks
- Communicate with other departments (central kitchen, customer service, and shipping) as needed to answer questions and maintain efficient order processing
- Maintain quality and a clean work environment on an ongoing basis

The hours for this position will be as follows:
Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Occasional Saturdays
Sunday OFF
The salary range for these positions will be $16 to $18 hour paid on a biweekly
basis, depending on experience, interview and working interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
