Job Description:Client is a premium hair extension brand with its own manufacturing facility in Uzbekistan and partnerships with over 100 private labels, including some of the world's largest beauty brands. We are building a global distribution network and are looking for a strong sales leader who can help us scale B2B exports, strengthen our partner structure, and establish a systematic approach across key regions.
We are looking for a results-driven Partner Manager to lead and grow sales through distributors and regional partners.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors
- Design and implement distributor-focused sales strategies
- Grow the partner network by identifying, onboarding, and training new distributors
- Lead negotiations, build trust, and increase conversion across the partner sales funnel
- Support deal execution and act as a liaison between distributors and the product team
- Independently identify and build a strong distributor base
Requirements: - 3-5+ years of experience working with distributors in the beauty industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, strategic and results-oriented mindset
- Solid understanding of the beauty industry: sales cycle, training, competition, and promotional activities
- Proven experience in the beauty industry is required, ideally with major/global brands
- Must have an existing network of distributor contacts
